I originally ordered the green/grey combo. The color was even better than the picture but extremely close. I've since ordered two more pair. The material is fairly heavy but still swimmable. It's a great combination of swim trunks and regular shorts. The pockets are fairly deep both front and back. The shorts have those typical swim linings to keep your manhood in tact... I'm not usually a fan of those linings but these feel fine.
If you're in decent shape and you're sick of board shorts that practically look like pants then I'd say take a shot at these. I'm about 5' 11" and they are a bit closer to my knees than the model in the picture but not much. I'd say he's in the 6' 1" range. The legs openings are a good width if you're an active person. Not so big that it looks like your thighs rub together but not so tight that you can't ride a bike.
The size was dead on. I sometimes get nervous ordering my size online. Places like Target typically run big while designer brands like Number:Lab run ridiculously small. These were just right.
I hate buying clothes online so hopefully this helps someone else!
